I've been dealing with uipath for a while but there's always something that's missing so I came across Python rpa which seems to tick all the right boxes for me, at least on paper. Anyone has some experience with this?

Haven't got the chaince to play with python rpa, but I've seen what they promise and it should be a more robust option compared with uipath. A bit of coding and sweating your fingers and you can make something powerful and custom tailored tto your situations.

Python RPA? Absolutely! It's super powerful and freeing compared to proprietary tools. Just remember, you're trading UiPath's 'easy button' for Python's 'build it yourself' flexibility. Totally worth it if you're comfortable with code and need that deep customization

its great if you're comfortable coding but the downsides are less out of the box integrations and a steeper learning curve for non programmers, Idk maybe you like scripting and want to build custom stuff

if you're comfortable with coding, Python RPA's good. it's super flexible and great for custom workflows. Just keep in mind it takes more setup and doesn't have the same drag-and-drop ease or support ecosystem as UiPath. What kind of tasks are you automating?

What projects are you planning to work on with it? I agree that If you enjoy coding, Python RPA definitely gives you more control, although as mentioned, it's not as straightforward to set up as UiPath
