Been learning UiPath, but I've noticed more job listings now ask for Automation Anywhere and some mention Microsoft's platform. Is this really how it is nwo? And what's the best way to keep up and stay marketable?

You're right, a lot of companies have expanded their RPA toolsets and have shifted to other platforms, but UiPath still remains the major player. The best ways to stay marketable is to have certifications, broaden your skill set and also follow the trends and communities like subscribing to newsletters and Likedin groups.

Can you suggest some free or not too expensive online courses or seminars that give out certifications?

Those two are actually really ground alongside UiPath and the market is shifting toward multi platform skills, best bet is to get basic hands on with all three and highlight your flexibility
