Exploring RPA and agentic AI

Hi all, I'm looking at how traditional RPA bots might evolve with more autonomous, agentic AI. Could some tasks RPA handles today work better with goal-oriented, decision-making systems? I focus on business value, not coding, so I'm curious, has anyone seen real-world experiments or examples where AI feels like a natural next step?

I've done some research on this a while back and I found it's actually a lot more common than we think. There are niches that can benefit from thins like shift rescheduling, compliance gaps, training etc helping with efficiency. It's not quite mainstream yet, but it should be some time in the future.

Interesting take, @MrRobotnik. Well, I’ve been seeing a few businesses recently who are experimenting with autonomous RPA for scheduling and compliance, and it seems like the tasks that involve decision-making or pattern recognition really benefit from AI. Definitely feels like the next step for RPA in the right scenarios.
